The G-Cloud initiative focuses on cloud computing’s capability for economic growth, capitalising on cloud’s cost savings and flexibility to create a more efficient, accessible means of delivering public services. Since its launch in 2012, over £7 billion of cloud services have been purchased using the G-Cloud framework. 5,006 suppliers have been awarded places on the G-Cloud 13 agreement, with over 90% of them small and medium-sized enterprises.
