As part of our continuous improvement plan, we have introduced a new ticket entry form to Crown’s Customer Services web portal.
The form has been redesigned to capture more specific, detailed information, and now allows users to submit attachments such as screenshots, log files, etc. Once submitted, the content is sent directly to Crown’s Service Desk for processing.
Crown’s Customer Services web portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. It provides quick and easy access to previously logged tickets (open/closed), and remains a central source of information, typically the first port of call for help and advice.
