Crown Workforce Management is helping Swift – the UK’s largest manufacturer of touring caravans, motorhomes and holiday homes – soar to new heights with the provision of its time and attendance (T&A) software.
The manufacturer, which was founded in 1964, has a workforce of more than 1,150 employees and a turnover in excess of £270m.
It has gone from strength-to-strength in recent years with two sites – a head office in Cottingham and manufacturing site in Mexborough, Yorkshire.
The Crown T&A system has a self-service interface that allows staff to record hours worked and request leave, replacing a manual system for recording hours.
Swift is a family-run business which has grown organically and through acquisition to become Europe’s no. 1 brand for leisure vehicles, and the only UK manufacturer to operate across touring caravans, motorhomes and holiday homes.
