What is G-Cloud 15?
G-Cloud is a UK Government procurement framework that enables public sector organisations to purchase cloud technology and services from approved suppliers.
Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is the UK’s central commercial and procurement organisation, connecting public and private sectors to achieve the best outcomes for the UK and its citizens. Through its commercial expertise, GCA creates a simpler procurement experience that helps redirect valuable resources into essential public services, creating value for the nation.
The latest framework provides public sector buyers with access to a range of approved cloud services from trusted suppliers.
Through G-Cloud 15, public sector organisations have a straightforward route to access Crown’s cloud-based workforce management solutions.
The award date for G-Cloud 15 was brought forward to 6 August 2026, with services expected to become available to buyers shortly afterwards. The existing G-Cloud 14 framework will remain operational until 28 October 2026, allowing organisations to continue using existing agreements while planning their transition to the new framework.
