Employees now have an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface for accessing their dashboard, profile, time-off requests and clocking - all from their mobile device. The new design is modern, user-friendly and built with flexibility in mind, enabling staff to manage their workday from anywhere.
This is just the first phase in a wider mobile transformation, with further enhancements already in development for future releases.
2. Smarter Scheduling: Self-Service Availability
Managing employee availability is now more flexible and transparent.
The new Self-Service Availability function allows employees to specify when they are available to work - whether it’s regular patterns or ad-hoc availability. This is particularly useful for zero-hours workers, part-time staff, or anyone keen to volunteer for overtime.
For administrators, this makes it much easier to see who is available, when and for what type of work. Optional workflows allow employees to be notified if their availability for overtime has been accepted, streamlining the scheduling process and reducing manual overheads.
3. Get Set Up in No Time: New Starter Wizard
Onboarding a new team member has never been easier.
The new Starter Wizard guides managers step-by-step through the essential information needed when adding a new employee. Screens are configurable to reflect your organisation’s requirements.
This feature not only saves time and reduces training but also ensures a consistent and reliable experience for every new starter.
