Celebrating 30 years of ISO quality management

Crown Workforce Management achieves double recertification and celebrates 30 years of ISO 9001 quality management.

Industry-leading workforce management software company, Crown Workforce Management, has successfully achieved recertification for their ISO 9001 quality and ISO 27001 information security management systems.

Crown Workforce Management provides time, attendance and workforce management solutions used by over 250 medium and large organisations in multiple industries within the UK. Since they started in 1987, the company has developed a strong ethos of partnership and innovation.

Their certified quality management system has been a foundation for the company’s growth for 30 years - helping them to continually improve their operations, reduce business risks, and meet the needs and expectations of their customers and other stakeholders.

In addition, Crown’s certification to the global standard for information security, ISO 27001, has given the company a trusted framework to identify risks and safeguard data through robust processes and controls, which is vital for their credibility in the competitive landscape of software providers.
